AIRLINES BANNED WITHIN THE EU
BACA Brokers have a reputation for maintaining the highest standards in air charter, so they certainly need to know that the operators they engage are fit, capable and legal, and to be warned about those who are not.
The European Commission publishes a list of banned carriers who are not permitted to operate within European airspace for one reason or another. This list is regularly updated and should be an essential tool for the broker who charters airlines from outside the EU.
