Sponsor Opportunities for BACA Lunches

We are always seeking sponsors for our popular lunches, and can assure potential supporters of a great opportunity to promote themselves in front of hundreds of leading players in the air charter industry. There are options to sponsor the wines, the speaker / compere, donation of charity raffle prizes, or the support other aspects of the event, and various packages are available to suit every budget. Details are shown below.

LUNCH SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

APRIL (SPRING) LUNCH (at the Carpenters' Hall)

Approx 200 guests

GOLD Package; £3000+ (Main event sponsor)

Logo and company name in prime position on publicity material, menu, table plan board and mention by the Chairman
Display Stand / exhibition area during the reception from 12:00–13:00.
Display your banners at strategic locations in the building.
Name and logo on BACA website, with link to your website.
Option to have giveaways / brochures at each table place (if enough space) or for distribution elsewhere on the premises.
Option of addressing the guests for up to 5 minutes.

SILVER Package; £2000

Logo and company name on publicity material, table plan board and mention by the Chairman.
Name and logo on BACA website, with link to your website.
Optional table / exhibition display in the drinks reception area 12:00–13:00.
Optional link to wine or speaker sponsorship as required.

BRONZE Package; £1000

Logo and company name on publicity material, table plan board and mention by the Chairman.
Name and logo on BACA website, with link to your website.
